Incident

An incident is an event that is reported by a security system. The information is displayed on a separate screen and can include a workflow.

Workflow

A workflow contains different process flows and guides the employee through the processing of the incident. User tasks and service tasks are part of the Workflow.

User Tasks

User Tasks are manual tasks that must be processed and completed by the security officer. Checking an area with video images is an example of a user task.

Service Task

Service tasks are processed in the background. No user interaction is required for service tasks. Examples of service tasks are automatic calls.
