ALARM MANAGEMENT IN REAL TIME

time pressure can cause errors!

The more security systems are used, the more complicated the processing of alarm messages becomes.
Especially for events that need to be processed in real time PSIM is an enormous support for security personnel and reduces complexity by consolidating and prioritizing all alarm messages.

What are the functions of easypsim PSIM Suite?

Typical functions of easypsim PSIM Suite:

► Merging of different security systems (manufacturer independent)

► Processing of alarm messages in real time

► Guiding users through the alarm processing process (workflow)

► simple improvement of alarm processing (workflow)

► All events and their processing are recorded in the log and can be output as a report.

► Resilient systems (precautions to ensure operation in the event of LAN network or power supply failures).

► Access to the Video Management System (VMS)

► Remote opening of doors

► Dead man function

► Business Continuity Management (BCM) for the maintenance of system-critical processes

► several users, individual assignment of user rights

Which security systems can be integrated in the PSIM Software?

🛡️ PSIM software is modular and is configured individually.
Usually the following types of safety systems are combined in the PSIM software:

  • Intrusion detection systems (EMA) ✔️
  • Fire alarm systems (BMA) ✔️
  • Access control systems (biometric, RFID) ✔️
  • Sensors from building services engineering (filling levels, lift) ✔️
  • Telecommunications equipment ✔️
  • Video surveillance ✔️
  • Drone Defense ✔️

In each country there is a selection of safety systems that dominate the local market. In Switzerland, products from Siemens or Securiton are often used. Guardo 3000 (Siemens) or Securisafe (Securiton), for example, can be integrated into the PSIM from easypsim. In principle, all systems that have an interface (API, SDK) can be integrated into the PSIM software.

Today, due to the increasing demand for a single security center, most manufacturers offer an interface. Companies like Bosch, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Kantech, Notifier, Siemens or Securiton already offer an API interface or SDK.  The list is not exhaustive.
