What are resilient systems?

Resilient systems are capable of overcoming adversity and resistance and can recover from setbacks

Data transmission despite power failure

In normal operation, location A is connected to the servers via LAN. If the primary LAN connection fails due to a power interruption, Location A can still communicate with the security centre via the secondary UMTS or LTE connection of the alarm transmission device.

In addition, servers 1 + 2 are synchronized with each other and are located at different sites. This ensures that the security system is protected against sudden power failures.

What is easyconnect?

easyconnect is an alarm transmission device and has the task of controlling the alarm inputs and outputs. It contains easypsim applications to integrate the device into the overall solution easypsim PSIM Suite.

If the primary communication path to the data center is interrupted, the secondary communication path – the alarm transmission device – becomes active. If the remote location cannot establish a connection, all events are recorded in the message cache without interruption and synchronized with the data center the next time a connection is successfully established.

easyconnect secures data transmission

In the event of a power failure, the alarm transmission device is integrated with a battery for 3h – 12h emergency power operation. All unnecessary services and ports of the alarm transmission device are deactivated and are protected against cyber attacks.
